For this purpose, we have set up and operate test centres to assess scaffolding, corrosion prevention and refractories competencies. We are also a MOM approved training provider for the mandatory Metal Scaffold Erection Course for scaffolders.For new employees, we conduct in-house induction training on safety and correct work practices before their deployment to sites. We also provide regular in-house training and refresher courses on various aspects of safety, new technologies and improved work methods and have developed our own training materials including handbooks to aid our instructors.
