    The good thingsThey have basic benefits that follows the MOM guideline. Good career growth and great benefits if you bootlick the correct management person.
    The challengesLong working hours with short breaks. You will not benefit and be appreciated if you are working hard. Its a typical local company. Nobody follows the procedure and policy but anyways, it can be change anytime based on management mood.
