    S.Ho is a terrible boss to work for.
    The good thingsThe employee welfare is good, slightly better than average in the market. My colleagues are great to work with. Company is easily accessible. HR are different from other companies; they are approachable and friendly.
    The challengesMy boss has extremely poor leadership—almost none. Can only ask about deadlines, deadlines, and deadlines... Senior management is not responsive to any feedback. Don't even try to make an effort to show that they are trying. Progression is stagnant. Spent so much money on a system that doesn't even work well, and after almost a year of using it, there are still tons of problems, creating lots of backlog.

    Adequate company that provide sufficient welfare and benefits
    The good things-My colleagues are good, friendly and helpful. -Great work life balance -Work is manageable on a day to day basis. -Management try to improve themself based on MOM guidelines and recommendations -They also take in employee's concerns and feedback receptively -Location is very easily accessible
    The challenges-Comparing to market rate, salary is average -Not much room for promotion, while there is salary increment, job title doesn't change. It will take awhile to go from executive to senior executive.

    The good thingsDespite covid challenges, no deduction of salary / cut back on AWS/Bonus. Understanding and helpful colleagues during CB period (work from home default).

    Family-oriented working culture
    The good thingsNice colleagues, organize regular gathering with durian and buffet. Managers organized department buffet/BBQ. Cosy office with nearby shopping malls.
    The challengesQuite a distance away from MRT station, however you can chose to take a walk via Jurong east shopping malls.

    Great Workplace to work in
    The good thingsWill be like family while working in company, everyone is very friendly, my manager and HR is approachable people. I had a great time working in the company, the company is people-oriented, where there is a place for new mommmies.
    The challengesHave to walk quite a distance for food, but that is easily resolved by placing an order with the one taking orders, and during lunch time, lunch will be delivered, so am able to eat in office
