Bad company, avoid at all costs
The good thingsYou get to work with babies and most parents are quite understanding.
The challengesThe boss can promise you one thing today and then suddenly say he did not say anything tomorrow. You are expected to work extra hours everyday but when you want just one day to leave 30 minutes earlier you have to take leave. Everything depends on what the boss mood is at that time.

Fun with to see babies and kids
The good thingsAble to meet parents and their child and to see them grow every week. Helpful, fun and crazy colleagues to work with even though there's usually small disputes over work but nothing personal.
The challengesDirective of the company is not clear, any bonus given that is given is not clear. Big company but rather old school biz model. Other than your expected job scope, there are more things to do outside of your job scope which you will need to do along the way as they do not have specific departments to be in charge of the relevant things.
