    Always busy traffic flow of passenger transit to the hotel
    The good thingsAs experience we manage to handle the passenger with care n safety. We interact with the passenger with full of smile n knowledge.
    The challengesWe organised our roster, booking properly. Have to be patience in facing different kind of character from a passenger. We need to be in mind n intellegence on facing with them.

    Interacting with different passengers everyday
    The good thingsI love communicating with the passengers that are checking in. Since I work at the Changi Airport i literally meet different kinds of people from different countries everyday. I still learn something new in regards to serving them everyday. It really gave me the experience needed to interact with people.
    The challengesThey cut off all of the OT pay and pay it back through leave and off days.
