The challengesManagement has double standards, biasness towards people they like, micromanages people, expects overtime every other day, early release but never actually gets to go back early (what's the point), not a good place to work, join them but prepare yourself mentally, especially with the creative side. Joining the media team would make a better choice of employment if you really want to join this company.
