    Too much control over staffs, Staff does not feel trusted
    The good thingsFairly good work environment. Employer is willing to teach and is patient with me.
    The challengesThere is too much control within the company even for very minimal issues like toilet break period. Employer does not really trust their sales staff with regards to product pricing and stuffs, even though they might have been here for quite some time. Pretty stingy in terms of commission and bonuses.
