    Public Service is Great
    The good thingsBasically all the perks and goodness of being a public servant. Welfare, benefits, remuneration all balanced.
    The challengesPolitics amongst senior management. As with most public servant, mostly are paper tigers and keyboard warriors. Many martial art experts performing Taiji Quan too.

    The good thingsWork life balance. We are strongly encouraged to go for courses to improve ourselves. There will also be journal club sessions where doctors or nurses from other hospitals will share and update the various topics on medical practises in hospitals.
    The challengesTravelling to different schools and if staffs are needed at other locations, need to travel to assist with the school programme.

    The good thingsMost of the employees on the ground are actually decent people looking to make a living.
    The challengesAs my headline has surmised accordingly working under that management is horrible as it has been monopolized by SQ staff, information not disseminated properly and punctually, always left in limbo, imposing ridiculous rules as they deem fit.
