It was a privilege to work here.
The good thingsGood benefits as it is a public company. Kind supervisor. Clearly defined SOP. Proper training for newbies.
The challengesHave to work weekend and late shift. Employees are not allowed to go overseas holiday on own day off. Some colleagues and supervisors can sometimes be moody, sarcastic and uneasy to work with. Difficult to take leave on the days we want.

    A great place to work
The good thingsWhen I was there, I had the chance to work with great colleagues to serve the Singapore public. While it can be challenging at times, we have to find innovative ways to solve problems in order for the greater good of all Singaporeans and those who live in Singapore.
The challengesAs a government agency, HSA needs to abide by many regulations, checks and balances to ensure that staff are accountable and can up to scrutiny to audits and the public. In order to do so, staff need to be extra vigilant and need to be able to think in the public and auditors' perspective to avoid being flagged out for further investigation.
