Initiative, ownership and good decision making are the keywords to survive hereThe good thingsHMG allows employees to learn and grow via self nurture and persistent effort. That being said, anyone who is looking for a workplace where the managers allot you tasks, leave you be and wait for the results, and you have to depend on yourself to get the job done and survive, in whatever means - then, this is the place for you!
The challengesLike in any other workplace, usually the main challenge is dealing with people and not so much of how to methodically carry out a task. The people of HMG (if it holds true now...) has the mentality of 'I don't owe you anything, so don't come and tell me whatever...'.
Another challenge is, limited resources i.e. time, a need for temp manpower to complete certain massive tasks, technology etc.
