    don’t join Healthway Medical group as they have very low staff welfare and high staff turnover rate.

    The challengestoxic and unhealthy culture biased treatment towards staff nurses from operational lead. low salary approved by HR department and low incentives semi - retired nurse job for gen z nurses. mirco- managing managers. patients always come first. high workload and low staff nurses

    Working in healthcare is great!!
    The good thingsClinic managers and supervisors will bring themselves down to the same level as yourself and put themselves in the staff shoes. very caring, soothing and calming effect. They will ask if you prefer to work far or near home. They wont just roster you blindly. You will be sent for training at other clinics for more hands on
    The challengesNothing bad. All is good. What is work, if there is no challenges.

    The challengesNegative and over toxic environment. long and messy process and procedures and very old traditional way of work. they only hire only say YES people. no growth and no career opportunities either. work life balance and the management is is very bad too. no bonus as well.

    The good thingsThis company was awesome. It offered me a great opportunity to utilize my knowledge and skills from my chosen profession which is nursing. I had a good time working in my assigned clinic. My co-nurses were approachable, friendly and nice to be with. I learned a lot from them, as well as them too. I will miss working with them. Moreover, this company have a good salary to offer. Worth the work!
    The challengesThere were times that in our clinic many employees were admitted for due to their complaints. I learned to handle them properly and rendered my best quality service of care. I communicated to them well so that no misunderstanding might happen. As a nurse, I should always have a lot patience and understanding to my patients. Learning is a lifelong process, I should cheerish every single step of it.

    Initiative, ownership and good decision making are the keywords to survive here
    The good thingsHMG allows employees to learn and grow via self nurture and persistent effort. That being said, anyone who is looking for a workplace where the managers allot you tasks, leave you be and wait for the results, and you have to depend on yourself to get the job done and survive, in whatever means - then, this is the place for you!
    The challengesLike in any other workplace, usually the main challenge is dealing with people and not so much of how to methodically carry out a task. The people of HMG (if it holds true now...) has the mentality of 'I don't owe you anything, so don't come and tell me whatever...'. Another challenge is, limited resources i.e. time, a need for temp manpower to complete certain massive tasks, technology etc.
