Good remuneration, work is rewarding, learning curve can be steep at firstThe good thingsAfter comparing offers from different enrichment centres, this company offered me the best and was the most sincere. I have worked for 1-2 years now. In general, job is rewarding. You can see and teach adorable children which can really make your day when they respond to you in class. Proper guidance was offered to train me up as a teacher. I appreciated the patience from my mentors. I am glad all my colleagues are great to work with and I have made really good friends here. Generally, nothing to complain about the management.
The challengesThe initial learning curve can be steep to learn how to conduct lessons using the Heguru methodology. After you started teaching, you get the hang out it and after a while, everything comes pretty naturally. Need to work weekends but I guess that is part and parcel of all enrichment centres.
