    Bad company culture
    The good thingsBunch of good colleagues that fall into the same bad situation.
    The challengesNo progression Company management flip directions and words One of the worse HR i have ever met No support from management and put all the blame on staffs. Expects staffs to reply emails after work.

    The good thingsManagment given me lots of opportunities to develop and groom me to the next level.
    The challengesOperation in Freight Forwarders we are the ones to are always fire fighting and need to follow up very closely especially those time line shipments as we are the ones to represent our company capabilities. Long working hours even on weekends. Following up email , calls etc due to time difference.

    The challengesIn marine department, we are working 24 hours round the clock. Thus having the 24 hours monitor, we are given a flexi working hours.
