    Stable and good place to work
    The good thingsI learnt a lot about the operations and gave me a good insight into the wholesale industry. Enjoyed my time at the company with friendly colleagues!

    Dynamic working environment and good experience overall
    The good thingsThe company has structured operations and the everyday workload is manageable. The company rewards based on performance and hard work is rewarded. The offices and food processing areas are clean and hygiene and safety are prioritised. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful as well.

    The company has a strong emphasis on forward strategy, focusing on people.
    The good thingsThe company's management style is a mixed of visionary and democratic type. Encouraging employee input in decision making . Motivates employees by persuasion and feedback on task performance and keen to reward individual as well team based on effort and performance.
    The challengesFair bit of multi-tasking is required. Must learn to plan and organize well. Able to communicate well with people of all levels.
