    The good thingsThe people down there is all friendly and easy to communicate and make my job easier for me and the other party. Even the management is the best places that i ever work with. I was also appointed to be the teamleader when i started joining Henderson Company. It is a pleasure to work with every each of them.
    The challengesIf i encounter fussy bossy guests/visitors/residents complaints. As they always want to go their way after what we concierge try to help or advice accordingly. Like example of facilities booking which they wanted to book more than what they supposed to be entitled as they already noted about the rules and regulation of the booking.
