    No proper SOP, Messy and Unprofessional HR
    The good thingsFlexible, no proper guidance so just do it
    The challengesNo proper training or sop. HR department is a joke never think of benefits of the employees. Just deduct employees salary without fight for the best interests, everything ask employees do it your own including visa. But if you are someone high position they will do for you. Sent memo but HR are the one never follow memo.

    The challengesVery little opportunity for career development. Can consider to join here if you are earning a high pay and waiting for retirement.
