Must have strong analytical thinking when resolving issue or giving ideas. Must be very independent and smart in working, because your management will not involve much in your issues. Determination is the key to hold the operation running 24x7. Things that the company could do is to have feedback to the employee on what was being addressed on the obstacle found within the team.

    The good thingsI worked in HP more than 10 years throughout my adulthood until 2013. It is a very good company. Most of the manager and supervisor I met were very friendly, kind and able to assigned task effectively for the employees. Given me lots of great opportunity to explore different tasks and gain lots of knowledge.
