    The good things1) Hi-tek company well take care with employee. 2) Salary monthly give on time just last few years before start. 3) Compatible to do works this company. 4) Hi-tek company Safety policy not bad. 5) Company all the site work facility not bad.
    The challenges1) Hi-tek Company Safety department need do some improvement. 2) Employee salary need to increase every two years. 3) Company need to do some extra care of employees.

    Good company but no development in position
    The good thingsFriendly colleague and managers, SOP is clear. Good for learning at early stage. Able to make more friend with residents and workers. Able to save more money on food as site office is located at HDB area.
    The challengesA lot of information of regards of company arrangement and planning is hidden for our role. Working on site is challenging and stress as need to take the noise, dust and handling feedbacks.
