The challengesA great company to work in as the infrastructure are established and benefits are good. if the local management is able to nurture their people development skills will be great as i feel that the reward recognition is only for those who speak loud and appear to be more favor. This appeared short-sighted because some staffs who don't speak so loud are great contributors and innovators but they are neglected and finally has to leave the company as there is no career development opportunity for them. Sad.
