    The good thingsYou will get to work with some of the brightest minds in the construction industry.
    The challengesHuge organization with multiple stakeholders. One will need to know how to navigate through the organization and get things done at the same time.

    Great products, bad processes
    The good thingsEnjoy learning and working with the "fun" solutions available for customers. Pay is slightly above average, benefits are above average, and flexibility to work from everywhere.
    The challengesSales Managers are like parrot, parroting the processes but have little understanding on the issue outside the "cave". Only knows how to manage by numbers. Silly field ride that we have to take the managers with us but only wants to meet big bosses. Expect high customer visits and yet also pilling us with tons of paper work and almost all ordering processing work.

    The challenges- no progress - company is losing money, yet spent a lot on expatriates' family/wellness expenses, and at the same time cutting employees' benefits and manpower - keep adding workload that not initially agreed on.

    The good thingsThe company ensures that everyone has a conducive work environment by promoting a strong team culture. The HR here focuses on being people-oriented and they constantly make attempts to reach out to address any employees concerns.
    The challengesThe company has helped me to grow professionally by empowering me with projects and the autonomy to make decisions on their own. However, there might need to be greater transparency between HR and the team members.

    Fun-loving and healthy culture.
    The good thingsGreat colleagues and culture is excellent. Management team is encouraging and positive. Rewards fairly and everybody is fighting towards a common target. A good brand in their industry and feels proud to put on their uniform when I'm on the field. Everyday is always a new challenge for me.
    The challengesShould listen to their employees more and act on it. Do not do for the sake of staging a show to the board of directors. When market is bad, should not introduce more negative strategy to make the junior employees feel troubled and no motivation to work. Should not introduce new compensation scheme to deter the sales person from earning more.
