    The good thingsWork with a team, friendly and set a goal for work with team.Taking care and support to develop and get successful of all juniors. Always follow up our seniors and management. Try to upselling and get to reach the target of outlet revenue. Control the cost of beverage.
    The challengesWithout team work, I don't like to work in an outlets. In the every good and bad situation we have to hear and help each together in a team. Always follow up the rules and regulations of a standard 5 star Hotels.

They will trained you with your specific capability for you to be able to gain more knowledge and help your career to step up into the next level. Working with some nationality's colleagues is such a big impact on social life dealing with them not easy but with the help of Hilton worldwide they teach you to communicate.
    The challengesI'm working as a room attendant,talking to guest with different nationalities is a big challenges but talking to them with professional manner and positive attitude really matters.
