    It was a challenging experience
    The good thingsIt was my first job and I had a supporting team, who helped and encouraged me to do my best. I was motivated to perform my optimum. I was mentored by great supervisors.
    The challengesit would be best not to favour some colleagues and give preferences and benefits. Please treat all employees equally.
