    Highly motivated and passionate professional with dedication and the will to expand professionally. Willing to a career based on National or international company where I can work independently in a challenging environment & develop personal skill and efficiency. I am interesting to creative work and try my best to work align to fulfill the goal of the institute that would ultimate correlate with my job satisfaction.
    The good things1. Monitoring and maintain overall production process of factory. 2. Prepare production plan/schedule to achieve target from each production section. 3. Manpower allocation based on Project. 4. Prepare production and delivery schedule discuss with higher management. 5. Analyzing problems and coming up with design to solve them instantly. 6. Communication with Staffs, Higher Management and both foreign and local Clients. 7. Straightly follow-up PQP (Project Quality Plan) given by Clients or QA/QC department. 8. Oversee workplace safety and health for the company. 9. Attending meetings and providing input and update. 10. Materials Requisition. 11. Materials Inspection (Different kinds of Pipe and plate) 12. Coordinate within the team member regarding quality issue 13. Analyzing data to write up Reports and complete other tasks assign by superior or Higher Management.

    The good thingsColleagues from many countries are working harmony with 1 another. Good welfare and a great learning ground for new candidates who first join in.
    The challengesGetting fund to go for advancement course. Career advancement is difficult as this company is an overseas owned organization. Hence, to advance to higher management will be a challenge.

    The good thingsJoined and start off as Sales Coordinator in 2008. At that time, it is still a relatively small scale construction company with less than 40 office personnel. Upgrade myself and become Admin IT Officer in year 2014 where staff strength become 100. This company offers me rooms to upgrade and explore my interest in IT. Great working relationship with other colleagues too.
    The challengesManaging all IT related issues from PCs to servers. Managing 4 servers now and it can proof to be a challenge to me. Also have to set up Site Office ethernet. Gathering various quotations for comparision, sourcing for IT services and also website maintenance as well.
