    Gained some General Insurance experiences within short period with the Company
    The good thingsGained the experiences of using the different Data Entry and Payment System which is different from the one I used previously. Within a short period with the Company, able to understand the types of General Insurance data entry and the various type of payment arrangement. Company is flexible to allow you to explore by yourself how to go about organizing your work and learn at your own pace. Is a good training area for gaining knowledge.
    The challengesOverwhelming with backlog due to high turnover. System not properly in place. Filling system not there due to space constraint. Cooperation among dept. colleague not there yet due to high stress. If system are properly setup and roles of each colleague and their responsibilities are properly and clearly dotted, this company turnover rate will be reduced.
