Extreme toxic and non-family working environment
The good thingsSome colleagues are ground level tried to help one another.
The challengesEmployees work late every day and have to wear many hats. In addition working while on medical leave or annual leave is a norm. On paper there is a buddy system covering each other's work, in reality everyone is overloaded and unable to do so. Extreme toxic environment and blame culture throughout the company especially when issues become critical. Management only care about numbers and pay lips services to changes or employee welfare.
