Working life is a journey, it's not a destinationThe good thingsClose working colleagues and outings we have had outside of working hours. The management has allowed me to explore and plan my work on daily basis. I was also given the opportunity to work on projects independently with some necessary guidance. I have a lot of freedom in the job as my manager gave me a lot of space to execute my tasks, therefore I can have a better work/ life balance.
The challengesCrucial improvement on communication as very often my manager would missed out information required for me to execute my tasks. There's always not much time spent on imparting his knowledge on the Navision system, hence I am restricted when providing support to users. I am also hoping that company will be able to allocate budget to send me for courses or necessary work related certifications.
