    Accommodating management
    The good thingsEmployer is friendly, accommodating and ready to assist. However, know that he is not a specialist in the building and construction sector.
    The challengesIt's been a while so I'm not sure where they are located now, but when I was working with them, it had been quite an exercise to reach the office. But that may just be my fats talking.

    The good things*Good Work Life Balance *Lot of seniors are there to ask if you don't know something *Decent Salary if your experienced. *Good Location for Fresh Planners *No issues as long as you don't receive any negative feedback from client.
    The challenges*Since everyone in different projects no company gatherings frequently. *Needs to provide proper increments and performance bonus to avoid people moving out. *Need to provide more training sessions for freshers before they placed into any project(to avoid negative feedback from client)
