    Hard work gets appreciated
The good thingsThe management rewards hard work and have an open door policy to those that are willing to reach out. Always trying to improve working processes but it's challenging with the hectic working environment.
The challengesHigh staff turnover, and hectic at times. Those working there for long are the ones willing to sacrifice some sort of work/life balance, and can bear the hectic work load. Those who can't may feel some heat.

Work culture needs to improve greatly.
The good thingsThe team members are great. You can lean alot from the team and keeps you going.
The challengesHorrible work culture. Empathy is greatly lacking between departments and management team. The management needs to be the foundation of the organisation to motivate and uplift the staff. Unfortunately this is lacking which leads to a high turnover and always employees are drilled with the KPI.

Great fun, exposures and good learning experience but politics
The good thingsGreat fun, exposures and good learning experience
The challengesVery political place if you mix around with the management staff. Company only cares about putting a good fake image but in reality messy.

    Unforgettable experience
The good thingsThe learning curve is never ending. The organisation allows creativity, and is always on the move to do better. We are customer focused and providing good service is of importance. It encourages empowerment and allowing mistakes to be made, to learn from it and improve. Everyone has their on defined roles and duties and are responsible for their own task/job. It is financially driven everyone in the organisation must are well informed of the organisation progress and achievements.
The challengesDue to high turn over of staff, it is and will always be a challenge to retain staff. Dealing with difficult customers and meeting their expectations without breaking the rules, or terms and conditions. Office/staff politics exist. Work load can be overwhelming which can cause low working morale and high staff turnover. Constantly pushing hard to meet KPIs and to achieve financial results.
