    A place to test your integrity and professionalism
    The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that we are able to cooperate and work as a team. However, there's a hindrance and basically down to one-man instruction that disrupt the team's cohesiveness.
    The challengesThe career and growth opportunities here are limited because​​ you need to swallow your pride and integrity to ensure career growth. The weakness of the company's management team is seen in being a family business concept.

    The good thingsWorking environment is good with nice colleagues. However, most of them do not stay beyond 6 months due to limited career opportunity. No training.
    The challengesCompany management does not have management skills. Office politics exist daily. No annual salary increment and annual performance bonus. Avoid the company at all cost.

    The good things1. Colleagues (But you might not see them for long) - Refer to point 1 below
    The challenges1. The attrition rate in this company is phenomenal. If you can last for a year, you are considered exceptionally lucky. 2. Your contributions towards the company does not justify your position nor your pay. You might/may join point 1 colleagues at a moment’s notice. 3. Management decisions can change faster than the weather. If you are not good at adapting, I suggest you stay away. 4. Family-run business with no clear protocols, SOPs or reporting line. Worst than Mom&Pop shops. 5. Challenges outweighs benefits. To save yourself trouble looking for a job 6 months down the road, try jobstreet harder now and update your LinkedIn. Thank me later, should you decide to turn down the job offer.

    Need improvement on working hours and mindset
    The good thingsMost staff are friendly but because all are new staff!!. Turnover headcount extremely high in this company.
    The challengesTop management needs to change mindset of employed staff, followed mom employment guidelines to ensure staff has confident to work with the company. Too long working hours per week. No work life balance to spend time with family.
