    The good thingsAppointed the best oil tanker ship owner. I had fully set up the purchasing processes and policies. Had established many contracts and price agreement. Identify weakness and achieved mistakes then adjust setback. Created a better working environment in the office with colleagues of various department.

Able to create procurment guidelines, Proecedures, lay out and establish sources of supply contracts. Generate cost saving to the company with proven records.
    The good thingsMy colleagues are nice and l had done and layout procedures and policy. I had generated a huge cost savings yearly of sgd500,000 to Sgd680,000. Establish supply contracts for standard items to be supply every quarterly so to reduce workload of end user raising requistions. I had made our company relationship within our colleagues closer by organising soccer, badminton, table tennis and dinner outings.

    The good thingsThis company care with the employee ,good enough salary ,worker insurance ,training ,while I working here no body disturbing me but they are support for the goal ,good enough coordination between office and field (vessel).
    The challengesyou have to serious while you start working ,thinking safety first for all, thinking your job well done safely at all times ,you have to manage on board main power,trains them about safety ,security and company policy which mentioned in company ISM,may your salary can make you happy.
