    Very traditional and top down management
    The good thingsI don’t think this is a good company to work because no career progression and team head don’t wish to groom you as long as you don’t give him any problem
    The challengesYou need to be very dependent and do your own study. The management style is top down and you need to proactively building your connection with internal stakeholders else you will have a hard time surviving in the company. Most of the time you are alone so don’t need teamwork because you are working alone in the branch.

    The good thingsI enjoying meeting with new people everyday. Since I have left School in year 1983, I started to work in a five stars Hotel, learning how to get alone with people I have to meet up every day. Untill now, I am still enjoying working with providing professional and excellent customer services.
    The challengesI must always upgrade my job knowledge, be cautious on handling big amount of cash bank in by customers.
