Fun colleagues, horrible management and bosses
The good thingsRelationships with ground crew are priceless, always fun to work with them. Training is given for those without experience, good place to get your foot into emergency healthcare, but you have to put effort to learn.
The challengesEmergency rosters updated weekly. Non-emergency rosters updated daily. Be prepared to work up to 10 days without rest. Salary may be paid 1-3 days later than stated. Very hard for your leaves to be approved. No work life balance. Career development opportunities available, but difficult to obtain.

The challengesPart of the challenges are the time management for everyday life and how to deal with the daily assignments especially the events, preparations of the equipment and the assigning the staff for the job to do.
