    Good
The good things1. It is a small hotel with less than 100 staffs, hence everyone is like a family. Unlike big hotels whereby you might face politics all the time. 2. It has very good potential for events. 3. Incentives are considered average comparing within the same industry.
The challenges1. Employees benefits could be reviewed for improvements. Regardless what position you are holding, maximum medical claim per visit is only $30, same goes for dental :( 2. Very minimal trust given to staff, no empowerment to handle any complaints. Still using a very old fashion way to clock in staff's working hours. 3. Interior such as wallpaper and carpet is old, might be a challenge for sales. 4. Sales team have to be ready to work on weekends, hence sacrificing friends and family.
