The good thingsMutual Respect. Innovative. The workplace to me is like the “Puzzle “ that everyone in the Department plays a part, take a step forward, spend some extra time to brain storm where or how I can improve / contributing to the Hotel.
The challengesMoving forwards, Smart Nation is the key element and training is the future strategic to move on. Staffs need to upgrade in order to move line in line with the Industry.

A tough working environment that is unable to get coorporate with other departments
    The good thingsThe working house
The challengesThe challenges is that when you want to implment things, you won’t get the coorporative from other department and they will push it you since you are the person who is implementing new policies that will help to smooth the work flow.

INADEQUATE PROPER TRAINING AND OLD SYSTEM
The good thingsA good and understanding superior (Front Office Manager) makes working there rewarding. Work wise is simple and easy to pick up.
The challengesOld system and not much cooperation between colleagues and other departments. Company culture too self-centred with older staffs making things difficult for newcomers of the company. Basic salary is far too low as compared to market rate and one have to motivate yourself with such a low remuneration.
