The good thingsIt may be a good place for foreigners to work there but not the local.
The challengesThe leadership team and middle management are not well equipped to engage the employee. Very narrow perspective on employee engagement. Very superficial efforts in engaging employee.

The good thingsCanteen is located in the office so it was very convenient. Colleagues were helpful and work was not too stressful. Transport provided to and from work near the MRT.
The challengesIf you miss the transport, then it is troublesome to get to the company.

The challengesThe company must honour the promises they give to employee. Many promises were made and broken and playing favouritism is the norm.

Working with HSL as a good company
The good thingsHSL is quiet nice and good, they follow the govt. rules & policies as well as MOM and have benefits to employee. Staff is good also easy to mingled with.
The challengesWhen they give us the deadline for submission is a challenge to meet the deadline and its very tough.
