    The good thingsI truly enjoyed the opportunity to learn new skills and meet different people. Pushing myself outside of my comfort zone was both exciting and rewarding. The most fulfilling part of the experience was witnessing my own growth, both in terms of abilities and personal development.

    The good things- Some of the supervisors are really hardworking and have positive attitude. At least for the ones I have worked with.
    The challenges- No support from colleagues, manager and HQ so it can be hard to get things done. - No teamwork and lack of communication at site.

    The good thingsInvolve in tender for works. Employer will listen to what the employee request and do his own decision based on employee's opinion. Employer encourage and allow his employee to make decisions based on employee's explanation and opinion if the idea is work. Most importantly is that employer is willing to give the chance to their staff.
    The challengesThe challenges is that we have a lot of different things have to learn and adopt as there is a lot of different kind of scenario on site. Besides, sometimes, we have to prepare the tender and at the same times we have to monitor our site too, but it is a good experience and enjoyable when doing more thing.
