    The good thingsThey have some welfare to workers that others don't. Bonuses / incentives. Total working hours are relatively shorter.
    The challengesManagement is a mess when it comes to certain factors No clear communication to the subordinates Can end up feeling disappointed when realised there is favouriteism.
