    Enriching and friendly environment
The good thingsThe people were extremely friendly and there was no social hierarchy. The job was taught well and the requirements/expectations were clearly stated.
The challengesNothing bad about the company. I simply did not resonate with sales. I am not prepared to be independent and the boss of my own job.
