Great place to gain hands-on experience in the shipping and marine fit-out industry. Fast-paced and structured environment that builds strong work discipline.
The good thingsOffers valuable learning opportunities, especially for those interested in the shipping and marine fit-out industry. It’s a great stepping stone for fresh graduates or individuals starting their careers, providing hands-on exposure to project operations and the technical side of the business
The challengesThe fast-paced environment can be challenging, but it pushes you to develop resilience, adaptability, and attention to detail. It encourages you to take ownership and be accountable for your work. A good place to gain practical industry exposure in your career.

Toxic environment and traditional way of leadership
The good thingsChurch is built and pray every Monday. Nothing much to describe.
The challengesToxic environment. Traditional way of mindset. Focus on multiple tasks without thinking of improvement.

Toxic leadership and the need to work on weekends
The good thingsA church is built within the company and the staff will join and pray every Monday
The challengesAfter working for 3 months, I was told that my skills were not in line with the company and I was asked to leave immediately. A new employee took over me the next day.

Take care of your mental health
The good things5.5-days work. No AWS, no AL, no medical leave and medical claim during probation. Prepare to respond to messages and emails 24/7. Non stop new tasks and revisions, with daily overtime but no extra pay.
The challengesLearn to deal with people who always yell in the office and in public. The longest I’ve been in this situation was 1.5 hours. I’ve heard some people cry after being treated this way. Even if your ideas won recognition, you may still face criticism and have your credit taken.

    Competent = No life ?
The good thingsThey think they are good. Just like every parent think what they decided is good for their kids.
The challengesTurnover rate is very high and working environment is full of politics since it is family business. Be caution in every single step and you do not know when you will be asked to leave. Their management mindset still stop at the era where capable people should do more work. The scope of work is just one of the paperwork that HR put in the office for documentation purpose. Nothing more than that. You deserve better and find other opportunities in stead of here.

    Worst job ever........!
The good thingsVery few good people and good office.
The challengesManagement does not care about employees welfare at all. They preach the words of God but does not live it at all. Politics is rampant. Low compensation and employees are disposables. Employees go in and leave in a short period of time because of the bad system.

    Worst job I ever had
The good thingsNo good comments. There are only few nice people around.
The challengesThe weakness of the company's management team is poor planning. They did not plan for the proper headcount and go ahead to recruit people. The company itself have very high turnover rate and do not appreciate other people hard work and efforts. They expect you to response to emails/messages even you have knocked off from work.

    Jack of many trades
The good thingsI enjoy working in this company because of different opportunities I get. I can do more than what my job scope. I like the experience and the lessons I get from each opportunity. It brings out my potential, strenghts and weaknesses as I explore myself and the career path I take.
The challengesThere are some missing positions that are vital in this company that I think is neglected. The company should look more into this matter.
