Ok company to get a year of work experience
The good thingsWork 4 days and rest 3 days then alternate.
The challengesCleanroom Supervisor and leader only cares about getting products to customers. Expects manufacturing technicians to work fast. Very bad lunch and dinner timing.

Good working environment for fresh grade
The good thingsMost Colleagues here are quite friendly and willing to guide new joiners. The stress level is not high if you are in a non-executive position.
The challengesThere is not much promotion that this company could offer for the non-executive positions, most people can do more OT in order to get more income, which is okay for certain people, but not a good practice for those who need more time for family.

A good place for fresh grads or candidates with a few years of experience.
The good thingsGreat working environment. A lot of helpful colleagues. Good amount of overtime given. Break timings given is quite fair. Quite easy to understand the production process. Took me only a month and everything is comfortable from then on.
The challengesRetrenchment is of course normal. Chasing for output with parts still on shortage. Management should review with individual employees on new contracts and better offers. Since manufacturing sector if growing strong this year, it is going to be competitive with talents being on demand. And the best way to retain employees is to at least discuss with them on what they need to be of added value to the company.
