Friction and infighting - No Cohesion and Teamwork

The good thingsGreat resource from the internal database of tech research and analysts

The challengesNo Onboarding, messy and teamwork is not present. Would not recommend this work environment. The work environment is SME, not MNC. Has yet to implement technology correctly and effectively.
