    The good thingsWaste of time.
    The challengesBasically, your working for them for free if you can't survive the bad employers that they intro you. Did not highlight companies bad track record on employee leaving the company. Acted like they are on your side. Better contact the employer directly than from the job agency. Still can keep whatever you had worked for.
