    The good thingsFree meals but most probably you will go out and eat as well, fried rice every 2 days
    The challengesCompany being unappreciative of staff, do everything and all you get is demerits. Plenty of unconducive noise, colleague have management issues kept throwing a fit out of minor issues. Very political, higher management only look out for themselves and let the lower management fend for themselves.

    worth remembering
    The good thingsThe people! I've never encountered any issues with my colleagues, They are very professional in dealing with others. The company was flexible in the time schedule, as a team we usually have time outside as a group.
    The challengesThe only challenge I have with the company is that every 6 months we have this ranking that according to performance whoever get the highest rate will be the one to choose the schedule for work first etc.

    The good thingsHappy to work there.good management.good opportunity to made a difference with difference chef.Can creat a own things.can suggest to a executive chef.sharing the knowledge about personal higyene and habit.can learn so many things such as leadership training,dealing with customer and mind set training.
    The challengesMust know about HACCP.Have to traing the junior.Have to learn from senior.Must handle the customer complain.Have to know about customer neede.Must can work at under pressure.must be clean at all the time.Must creating the menu for monthly promotion.
