    Lots of learning opportunites
    The good thingsThe management is willing to guide me when I am lost at work. I joined their overseas management retreat despite my first month at work! I can see that they are trying very hard to build the company culture.
    The challengesCan be quite stressful as you are expected to learn very fast!

    Lot of events and perks
    The good thingsPeople and work environment makes it a good work place. Many staff events and perks are provided and the skincare products are amazing. There is never a dull moment in this place, always new product to learn.
    The challengesChasing sales target near to end of the month can become quite stressful but this is part of sales job anyway

    Very fun company to work in
    The good thingsMy experience here has been quite enjoyable overall. The spa manager are very embracing and the colleagues are fun to work with. I can say that as long as you are eager to learn there would always be someone there to teach you.
    The challengesThere is high pressure for everything to go perfectly smooth here, and there might not be much room for errors as it IS an service company of sorts. It might be really stressful for some, or a motivating factor depending on your viewpoint.

    Good product, good commission and great colleagues
    The good thingsTheir skincare products are great. Commission is good if you hit the target. Missed the colleagues - lots of company outings

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and company outings. Brand name for spa industry.
    The challengesSalary lower than industry standards but they try to make up for it with perks. Management do ask for feedback but may not act on it. Don't do much to retain you when contract ends.
