    Overall average
The good thingsThey try to improve the benefit and the work environment, and they did a good job. 21 day annual leave for shift hour. Flexible working hour for exempt staff (depend on your HOD). Summer break, very nice pantry and nice work environment. Bonus fix for one month for non-exempt staff, and exempt staff maximum is 1.8 (depend on the company performance). AWS is including in your monthly basic.
The challengesDon't recognize the effort of long service staff, new staff salary higher than long service staff.

The good thingsLive balance Nice pantry for rilex(lunch and break) Canteen
The challengesMost Challenging working at this company and especially(supply chain) . Because there is no proper system implement in the warehouse. 30 percent of the material all mess. You have to manual go and find yourself. It's like back to 70s working culture.

    My best company so far
The good thingsWork life balance is being promoted. The company organizes a few events each year. In terms of work, we are given training for the new software that we are going to use. And in terms of employee benefits, I could say that it's good.
The challengesI think the challenge is that the handover activity for those who are leaving the company. I believe this is true for all companies. Most of the time, the handover is not 100% so it will be best to always maintain documentation that can be used as a reference for others. Another challenge is that since it is a global company, knowledge transfer for new projects is not that easy.
