    Non-condusive workplace.
    The good thingsOn the other hand, you will get good marketing exposure serving big tech clients, which might beneficial to your career.
    The challengesIn my humble opinion, this is a classic example of a non-condusive workplace: low pay, high workload, minimal benefits, extremely long working hours and stress that trickle down from the top. So consider these before you decide to work here.

    The good thingsYou can feel great enthusiasm in here, because we're working with good attitude like: - Do it as one team - Own it - Do it with heart. All the colleagues are very supportive.
    The challengesYou do all just by yourself. No work-life balance.
