    A nightmare work place
    The good thingsno good things to say when i worked here.
    The challengesYou learn alone everything, no guidance where so called superior just throw you task and no explanation, when something happen just point out the person who take initiative to do the work. rest hour you should work. while eating also when customer come have to serve them no one will give hands. no growth. the only thing you will learn backstabbing, office politics and favoring.

    My experience in Indeco
    The good thingsIndependent and a lot of freedom but a lot of demanding work as well and have to deal with unreasonable customer. Management do not care so long customer don't complain.

    A place to develop a leader to take stress and to make decisions
    The good thingsDepends on projects, for emergency service: Working on the maintenance of the latest vehicles and vessels, you'll gain a lot of experience in troubleshooting and repair methodologies; Liaise with customers all the time, as the key person in charge of breakdown arrangements and workshop overhaul planning; you'll be the decision maker and spokesman for the project; communication skills will be developed fully. Leading a team in daily work, your planning and development determine the outcomes of the fleet maintenance. Leadership skills.
    The challengesDepends on projects, if you serve the emergency services, you'll be consumed by the 24 X 7 work. No much life if you lack partners, or your team does not follow your will.

    The good thingsWorking as a Technician, I always felt proud, as I work for Singapore Armed Forces. We work there as a team.
    The challengesIn the beginning, it is not easy. New equipment should be learn its function and find ways on how to fix the fault.

    The challengesWork as Contracts staff, I prefer full time permanent staff. low increments, no extra bonus only 13 months AWS. No career advancement. Not enough man power.

    The good thingsIf you want to challenge and know your limits, its a good place. it's an environment mostly 90% of employment pack with guys and older worker range from 50 to 65+
