    The good thingsSupervisor is supportive, managers are considerate, project assigned to interns is specific and relevant to the business goal, at the same time requiring cross-functional teamwork. The difficulty is there but everyone in the working place is helpful and willing to provide any form of knowledge regarding the field of their job roles.
    The challengesSoftware and hardware constraint. The company has many SOP for software and hardware usage and it usually took a long time to process for any request or solving problems regarding system operation.

    The good thingsFlexibility and Management. The support from management is a great way to have the great place to work. With the benefits and flexibility to work on your tasks while collaborating with others, I would find it rather easy to be done although it would be a challenge sometimes. Nevertheless,it is a great place to work, and would it be a great place to be?
    The challengesPeople and Time. With different approach and consensus from the team members, it would sometimes rather hard to get all to be aligned. It would take time as well and the journey could be a roller coaster. Thinking about the end result where, there's nothing which impossible to be done. Hence, it's part and partial of work and life, where nothing is perfect but it comes to the support from all to get it done with success.

    The good thingsThe company does not pile unnecessary workload onto a person to \"maximize\" the value they get from the worker. The projects are well managed and there is no multiple hard deadline projects going at the same time.
    The challengesThis is a multinational manufacturing company and do not expect a higher than average pay from it. There are occasions that need multiple work force from different sites in various part of the world, Expect occasional late night meeting. For those who is adverse to traveling, do note that traveling to its other FAB in other countries is pretty common.

    good place to work
    The good thingsAll the colleagues are so nice that they are willing to teach you all they have. The bosses show respects to everyone, and all the people here are professional. The teamwork in Infineon is awesome.
    The challengesInfineon has its own system to link the management to production part. And that system is quite complicated, which may take you some time to pick it up.

    The good thingsCompany strive to make working as conducive for staff as much as possible. It's a behaviour driven culture and it expect all levels of staff to behave and work towards the company common goals. This help to foster positive behaviour and results driven company!
    The challengesThere is always work or projects or challenges that will cause one to face work pressures and reaching set objectives. Staff from other countries may or do not put in effort to integrate into the local working culture or even company's set behaviour model. Managment role in both of this aspects need further attention to detail and implementation.
