    I was working as Deskside Engineer at NTFGH.
    The good thingsBest place to learn, flexible, exposure to attend various kind of users, management good. I am working in other company now. But still missing this ICS because here we work own time schedule with users. If we are good at woking with tickets and update logs, then no one will question us. Felt like BOSS
    The challengesSalary quite less. Overall company have positive to say. If they give me one more opportunity with some increased salary, then i will definitely prefer to work with ICS lifelong.

    The good thingsGood for fresh grads to gain experience in IT industry especially banking. Other than that, nothing new to learn anymore. Base pay is okay but salary increment is no good after 2 years.
