    The good thingsThe colleagues are very nice, overall it's a very conducive and collaborative environment. Good work-life balance, most employees knock off on the dot.
    The challengesThe management is very old-school in thinking. Not in touch with the trends and development in the industry. Each departments work in silo and reports to the management without inter-department communication. Very, very profile driven yet lacking in business strategy.

    The good thingsFree drinks and snack bars and cookies in the pantry.
    The challengesThe management does not bother much for the Support Specialist going through. If you need some assistance, it takes a very long time. The system frequently undergoing enhancement updates. Sometimes, the updates will cause certain applications that might not be functioning. Support Specialist always get the heat from the customer upfront.

    The good thingsFriendly & supportive colleagues. Nice office environment with relaxing corner, pantry full of drinks and snacks. E-management system to handle daily work without the need to do much manual intervention. Ease your job records.
    The challengesTime management to plan your own work. It is a good challenge that would help you in outside working life too to make decision and prioritize which is come first.

    Friendly Environment & Supportive Bosses
    The good thingsColleagues are nice, transparent and willing to share their knowledge. It feels like a family, which is what makes me love working here, we work hard and we enjoy good times together. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow together with the company. Supportive and inspiring bosses!
    The challengesEvery team is different but as long as you are willing to learn and take on challenges, you have no issue adapting to this place!
