    The good thingsThe people, the culture and the innovation initiatives are a few of what makes people stay in this company. One would feel and enjoy what they are doing, getting inspired by their mentors and their colleagues in bringing out the best. Since this is an IT company, the innovation culture is similar to how bigger \"dream\" companies are doing it, such as brown bag sessions, side-innovation projects.
    The challengesDepending on the project assigned, sometimes lots of priorities are happening, doing maintenance support, enhancements, and new product development.

    The good thingsWe have a work and life balance that is being promoted by the company. Most of the employees here are working on flexi-time. We have lots of company activities that any employee can be active with. Benefits are at par with the best companies in the market.
    The challengesI would have loved for more out of the country deployment whether undergoing trainings or via client request.
